Terms of Service for Keychain and Doll Clothing Sales
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “You”) and DIYBOX (“Store,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), a business engaged in the sale of plush keychains, cartoon keychains, doll clothes (including knit sweaters, plaid skirts, overalls, and accessories), and related products (collectively, “Products”). By placing an order through Our online store (website/ social media shop) or offline channels, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein (e.g., Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy).
1. Scope of Service
1.1 Our service includes providing Customers with access to browse, select, and purchase Products, as well as related after-sales support (e.g., order tracking, returns, and exchanges). We reserve the right to update or modify the range of Products offered at any time without prior notice, though We will make reasonable efforts to inform Customers of significant changes (e.g., discontinuance of popular items).
1.2 All Products are intended for personal use only. Commercial resale of Products purchased from Our Store is prohibited without prior written consent from Us.
2. Order Placement and Confirmation
2.1 To place an order, You must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to: full name, valid shipping address, contact phone number, and payment details. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of this information; We shall not be liable for delays, lost shipments, or other issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by You.
2.2 After You submit an order and make payment, We will send an order confirmation email/ message to the contact information You provided within 24 business hours. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of Your order—We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if: (a) Products are out of stock; (b) there is a pricing error or product description mistake; (c) We suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) compliance with legal or regulatory requirements. In such cases, We will notify You promptly and issue a full refund of any payments received.
2.3 Orders are considered “accepted” only when We ship the Products and provide a tracking number (if applicable).
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All Product prices are displayed in [Currency, e.g., USD/ EUR] and include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but such adjustments will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

3.4 In the event of a payment failure (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), We will notify You to update payment information within 72 hours. If payment is still not successfully processed after this period, the order will be canceled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We ship Products to worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the order, and will be displayed at checkout before You confirm payment.
4.2 Processing time for orders is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). These are estimates only—delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier issues, which are beyond Our control.

Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to You upon delivery to the shipping address You provided. If You do not receive Your order within the estimated shipping time, please contact Us within 15 days of the shipping date for assistance.
4.4 For international orders, You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount—please consult local customs authorities for more information before placing an order.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 We want You to be satisfied with Your purchase. If You wish to return or exchange a Product, You must contact Our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the order, providing Your order number, photos of the Product (including any defects), and a brief explanation of the reason for return/ exchange.
5.2 To be eligible for return/ exchange, Products must: (a) be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact); (b) not show signs of wear, damage, or modification; (c) be returned with all original accessories (e.g., keyrings for keychains, small parts for doll clothes). Custom-made or personalized Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective.
5.3 Once Your return request is approved, We will provide a return shipping address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect in the Product or an error on Our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged Product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as We are not liable for lost return packages.
5.4 Upon receiving and inspecting the returned Product (usually within 3–5 business days), We will: (a) process a refund to the original payment method (refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in Your account); or (b) ship the exchanged Product (at no additional cost to You, if the exchange is due to Our error).
6. Product Information and Quality
6.1 We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of Products (including size, color, material, and design) on Our store. However, slight variations may occur due to factors such as lighting (in product photos), monitor display settings, or manufacturing processes. These minor differences do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for return/ exchange.
6.2 All Products comply with basic safety standards for toys and accessories (e.g., no small detachable parts that pose a choking hazard for young children, non-toxic materials). However, We recommend that Parents/ Guardians supervise young children when using small Products (e.g., mini keychains, tiny doll accessories) to prevent accidental ingestion.
6.3 If You receive a defective Product (e.g., loose stitching, broken keyring, torn fabric) or the wrong item, please contact Us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the defect/ wrong item and Your order number, and We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs, if applicable).
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on Our store (including product photos, descriptions, logos, and brand names) is the intellectual property of [Your Store Name] or Our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without Our prior written permission.
